About Us

We are a multi-state collaborative of CDFIs (Community Development Financial Institution) dedicated to supporting veterans pursue the American Dream and small business ownership. Veteran LLC was formed as an initiative of JPMorgan Chase’s Small Business Forward program to support women, minority, and veteran-owned small businesses to create local and inclusive economic growth. We have each developed resources and programs to advance opportunities for veterans and their families. From inception to realization, we walk hand in hand with veteran entrepreneurs through every step of small business development with business advice and access to capital.

We support communities by helping entrepreneurs build the businesses of their dreams. Our vision is to create economic opportunity. Our mission is to foster economic development in underserved communities by providing capital, business services, and policy research to support small businesses.
Since 1979, we have empowered small business owners in the Bay Area, beginning in Oakland and expanding to serve San Francisco and veteran-owned businesses in California. Our mission is to create economic opportunity by empowering entrepreneurs. Through innovative partnerships we provide business owners with capital, education, and relationships that allow them to flourish. Our collaborative approach helps our clients create jobs and stimulates economic development in low-to-moderate income communities.

We provide targeted individuals interested in starting, strengthening or expanding businesses with access to vital resources and tools such as quality financial and business education and responsible financial products.
The mission of Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, Inc. (ACE) is to provide community economic development to underserved people and communities.ACE is a non-profit organization that provides loans and business development resources to help its borrowers create and grow sustainable businesses which generate jobs.
